BIOGRAPHY

Hi! I'm Janet.  I am from Western NY but have called North Carolina home for over 12 years.  I live here with my husband and two dogs, a Catahoula Leopard Dog named Eko and a Doxie named Blue.  I"ve worked passionately in the veterinary industry for almost 20 years but painting is something I've done all my life.  Pets are my favorite subject to paint.  I love capturing them in unique compositions and expressions.  I've had my art displayed in numerous venues in both NY and NC, including the National Adirondack Exhibition of American Watercolors.  When I'm not painting, I enjoy gardening in my she shed, camping, and anything true crime related.  Follow me on Instagram for updates on where to find me!
